Intel recently released the Arc B580 GPU, a budget card in their Arc lineup that offers a surprisingly good amount of VRAM, especially versus the competition. This is one of the two GPUs that Intel announced late last year, the second one being the 10GB Arc B570, which will be released in a few days, on January 16.
The B580 was launched with an MSRP of $250, but these days, you can buy one for anywhere between $350 to $400 (while stock remains scarce). But what if we told you that you could win one for free? Sounds too good to be true, right?
Maxsun’s latest giveaway includes the Intel Arc B580
Well, Maxsun, one of the board partners for the Intel Arc B580, is offering one of their units for free right now through a giveaway, which starts today. The best part is that participating in the giveaway is pretty easy, as Maxsun made sure to keep the process as simple as possible so anyone from North America, Asia, and Europe could have a chance to win this budget GPU from Intel.
To take part in the giveaway, all you need to do is head over to the official giveaway post on Maxsun Official’s X account, follow their account, and repost it. We also recommend leaving a comment under the post, just to increase your chances of winning by being more visible to them. It is, however, important to keep in mind that entries to the giveaway will close on January 17, so make sure to enter before it’s too late. The company has not yet revealed when they’ll announce the winner.
In any case, the Intel Arc B580 is one of the best budget gaming GPUs out there. It has a base clock speed of 2,375 MHz, which can boosted up to 2,670 MHz. Aside from that, the card offers 12GB of VRAM, which is pretty impressive considering most budget GPUs these days offer only 8GB of memory.
We also reviewed the B580 and gave it 4.5 out of 5 marks due to its solid performance in multiple games. In Doom Eternal, the card was able to deliver 225 and 166 FPS at 1080p and 1440p, respectively. In Cyberpunk 2077, a much more demanding title, we were getting around 94 FPS at 1080p and 62 FPS at 1440p.
