RTX 5080 servers on Nvidia GeForce Now expand to two more locations, Phoenix up next, as new games added

Nvidia has been rolling out its RTX 5080 upgrade for GeForce Now since September 10, alongside other new features like Install-to-Play, which instantly doubled Steam library support. RTX 5080-class servers have slowly been coming online around the world as Nvidia continues to upgrade the existing RTX 4080-class hardware. Montreal and Amsterdam are the latest two to be switched on.
These 50-series servers, which unlock the full potential of DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, are exclusively available to Ultimate subscribers. Another catch is that there’s a limited number of supported games (Nvidia maintains an updated list here), so don’t expect RTX 5080 performance in every single game you choose to play. The good news is that this listed is growing every week.

The server rollpage linked above gives you a worldwide map of servers currently online, which right now covers a good range of the USA and Europe; Tokyo is the only Asian server on the list so far. GeForce Now server in some regions are outsourced to what Nvidia calls its ‘Alliance Partners’. As such, these regions will be later longer for RTX 5080 support. The last time we heard, Alliance Partners won’t be able to support the upgrade until 2026 – this includes regions such as Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
As per usual, more games are being introduced to the service; this month’s additions include:
- Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage
- Europa Universalis V
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 7
- Anno 117: Pax Romana
- Assetto Corsa Rally
- Project Motor Racing
