Ian Spiller

Ian writes deals for PC Guide using his keen eye for a bargain. Having grown up gaming he's always taken an interest in the latest and best hardware available.

Experience

Gaming was a mainstay of Ian's teenage years and he played a variety of strategy games including Total War, Age of Empires, and Company of Heroes which in turn led him to take an interest in PC hardware from a young age. He still plays strategy games but now also loves RPGs and FPS games too. Consequently, Ian still spends time eying up the latest and greatest gaming components in order to keep his rig up to speed.

Ian has been writing with us at BGFG for over a year now, and in that time he has developed an astute eye for a good deal.

Outside of work and gaming, Ian enjoys pursuing his music career.

Education

Ian graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022 with a First Class BA (Hons) in Ancient History.
