Cyber Monday is one of the best times of the year to score Netgear devices for less, and we’ve got everything you need to do so right here. Netgear is perhaps best known for its routers, and we’ve always been impressed when we’ve tested and reviewed them here at PC Guide. There are two main offerings in this department, both of which lean towards the more premium price range.
Netgear Orbi has some of the best mesh routers on the market. These routers are ideal for larger homes and spaces as they maximize the WiFi range. Generally speaking, they are priced around $400 to over $2000, but even now, we’re seeing them discounted in the early Black Friday sales. That’s good, as these may drop further still on Cyber Monday.
Netgear Nighthawk is where you’ll find some of the very best routers available, especially if you want something for gaming. These compete with the likes of ASUS in this regard and are well worth your time. Nighthawk routers range in price a fair bit, but you can get something excellent for around $100 to $150 in most cases. However, you can spend closer to $400 if you want to get all the latest features and connectivity.
Netgear also has some of the best travel routers, which are expected to be discounted in the sales. These are excellent if you’re on the go and are a solid alternative to GL.iNET options.
