Getting your hands on a new GPU can be difficult if you’re operating on a budget, as the price hikes have impacted anything with a chip, which is everything, including GPUs. However, there is still hope as deals are still live at various retailers, and we spotted the MSI Shadow RTX 5060 Ti OC Plus on sale on Newegg. It has $100 slashes from its asking price, which dropped it to $499.99, and this is the lowest price in 30 days.

This is a reasonable price tag for a GPU with 16GB GDDR7 VRAM that can, at times, handle 4K gaming and punch above its weight with the help of DLSS 4. The value for money with this GPU is amazing, and we would highly recommend it. That being said, if you’re not sure about its performance, we’ve reviewed a variant in-house, and you can check out the real-world performance before making a decision.

Why you should check out this offer

16GB GDDR7 VRAM with Blackwell delivers excellent firepower

The Blackwell architecture, combined with the new memory type, gives this graphics card serious firepower. Despite its “budget” label, it is capable of exceptional performance across the board and is a massive step up from its predecessor. Better efficiency, newer cores, and a complete overhaul are something that can’t be denied. Besides that, when it comes to creative or AI workflows, NVIDIA GPUs have better driver support and integration compared to AMD, which gives them the edge, and it should be the case with this RTX 5060 Ti as well.

Next-gen technologies to boost gameplay

DLSS 4, later on DLSS 5, Multi-Frame Generation, and Reflex 2 are some of the best features that you’d want in your GPU. The first two technologies upscale and boost the gaming performance, so even if you’re struggling at 4K, AI algorithms come in clutch to save the day and provide a smooth gameplay. However, for competitive titles, Reflex 2 is what you should focus on as it reduces the system latency, allowing for quicker reaction times, giving you a competitive edge.

That being said, it is important to keep in mind that these technologies are only for gaming and don’t translate to better productivity. So, if the hardware runs into a hard wall, software enhancements can’t help it out.
