According to South Korean news outlet ZDNet (via VideoCardz), these Raptor Lake CPU issues initially became prevalent following the release of Tekken 8. Apparently, when playing Bandai Namco’s latest fighting game, players are forcibly booted out of the game due to a lack of memory despite having an ideal setup. This same problem permeates across different titles, including Overwatch 2 and Remnant 2, affecting many of the most played games worldwide. As a result, the unrest surrounding 13th and 14th-generation Intel processors forces some users to ask for refunds or replacements – even if some are functional.

Luckily, it seems the company is already looking for a lasting fix to this frustrating problem. Based on ZDNet’s article, Intel stated that “[they are] aware of problems that occur when executing certain tasks on 13th and 14th-generation core processors for desktop PCs, and is analyzing them with major affiliates. With this in mind, it should only be a matter of time until these issues come to pass, though we wouldn’t recommend grabbing these specific processors until then.
