Nvidia began rolling out RTX 5080-class performance on September 10 and has now almost covered every single region using first-party Nvidia data centers for its cloud gaming service. The final stop is Stockholm, Sweden, but there’s much of the world left to consider. This includes India, which was set to receive GFN support this month, but an exact date still hasn’t been confirmed.

Despite Nvidia saying this is “worldwide” coverage (it technically is from east to west), many regions are obviously missing from the rollout map. This includes large markets such as Central and South America, Australia and New Zealand, and the entirety of Africa. RTX 5080-ready servers offer improved performance and access to DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation.

Stockholm will be the last official Nvidia server to get the RTX 5080 upgrade

Stockholm will soon be the final region to get Blackwell RTX power, completing the rollout of GeForce RTX 5080-class performance worldwide. Ultrasmooth streaming, cutting-edge visuals and lightning-fast responsiveness are unlocking new levels of performance for Ultimate members.

Remaining regions will have to wait until 2026

We’ve known since before the rollout that RTX 5080 performance won’t be available in every region right away. This is because many regions rely on GeForce Now Alliance Partners, rather than Nvidia’s very own server infrastructure. Nvidia has a list of GeForce Now Alliance Partners on its website, including Cloud.GG, which covers Australia and New Zealand.

According to a representative from Cloud.GG, posting on Reddit, Alliance Partners will be able to introduce RTX 5080-class GPUs (and the new Install-to-Play feature) sometime in 2026. The same representative posted an update last month to clarify that no announcements have been made yet, so we’ll have to wait for a more precise date in the future.
