So, open the Task Manager, find unnecessary applications, select them, and click on ‘End Task.’ This will hopefully reduce the CPU usage.

Limit the FPS

According to a player on the Steam Community forum, they were able to solve the high CPU usage in Dragon Age: The Veilguard by limiting their FPS to 60.
