After multiple delays, Fallout London, the much-anticipated mod to Bethesda's game, will finally have an official launch trailer in just a few hours. From what we know so far, GOG will be the place hosting the overhaul mod, calling it a “trial run” in a recent interview.
Team FOLON, the makers behind this DLC-sized mod, have posted the official launch trailer on YouTube that premiers in a few hours, at 2 PM BST to be exact. Fans of the Fallout series have been eagerly waiting for the mod, so the comments under the upcoming video were positive.
It should be noted that it's not yet clear whether Team FOLON is planning to release only a trailer or the entire mod simultaneously. Reddit users already have mixed responses to the launch trailer in regard to this point. While most users seemed excited about the trailer, some had doubts about whether the mod will be released with the trailer.

However, there’s some promising news. One of the users said: “I saw a post earlier. The trailer ends with available now it got put up temporarily and then taken down so yes, there is a trailer drop and the mod drop”. Sadly we cannot confirm this for ourselves.
On the other hand, another user says: “At best, they announce the release date. I seriously doubt they would release a huge mod, that they are already worried will have issues thanks to Bethesda’s update, on a Friday,” commented referring to the next-gen update that pushed the mod release date back.
The “cryptic” countdown teaser wasn't trolling after all
Earlier this week, the dev team dropped a cryptic photo of a character in British-style clothing near the vault with his hand gesturing the number 5. This photo posted on Patreon raised speculations about Team FOLON dropping hints about the mod's release date.
Three days later, another image was posted, with the character now gesturing 2. Again, users on the Fallout London subreddit speculated that this ‘countdown' could mean the mod would release in two days, or at least we'd get some major update about it.
While many users commented that the PR team liked getting in hot waters with teasers like this, others felt that it could mean something. Sure enough, it looks like Team FOLON was hinting towards an official trailer release, which will premiere in a few hours.
