It can be heat, it can be heavy dust build up, it can be insufficient power supply. Check to see that the cpu fan is running. Dust build up can act as a conductor sending current where it's not wanted. Power supply must produce a continual power-good signal, if at anytime it fails the system will reboot. Solution upgrade to at least 300watts, but I would go 400watts.
