Building a PC need recommendations

First of all I'm on a little bit of a tight budget so don't put up something that's gonna cost a fortune. Sadly I only have around $800. My parts I have chosen so far:

Radeon 6770
i5 2500K processor
1 terabyte baracuda seagate HD
4 GB of ram

I really have my mind set on these. I need recommendations on a motherboard, keyboard, mouse, power supply, fan and monitor (preferably like 20").
I also need just any case. I do not want some really nice and fancy case. THANK YOU ALL

and if you have your heart set on those parts...............then can't do it for $800..............monitor and OS will cost $250+ alone..............

Best I could find with those parts...........included a CD-ROM tray....included an after-market heatsink for the I5 2500k..........you will need that to Overclock.......if you are not Overclocking, then drop the heatsink and drop the I5 2500k for a I5 2500

As for a keyboard and mouse, that is up to you and what you like to have hands on..........minimum keyboard is $15 and mouse is $20

and when all said and done........BOTTOM LINE.......is that the 6770 will NOT play Ultra on almost any modern game, might play on high on some of them, has a bandwidth of 76.8 GB/s which is OK if you do not want to Play Ultra, but will play fine till you can replace it in a future upgrade

I do not plan on overclocking. Is the i5 2400 better for me if I'm not? Or would an AMD work better? I could definitely settle for cheaper. Mouse/keyboard don't matter and here did you get those prices? I could've sworn some were a bit cheaper on new egg...but maybe I'm mistaken. I mostly will be playing games like guild wars, dawn of war, war hammer 40k, killing floor, skyrim and RPG like games. Maybe an fps like battlefield but doubt it. My friend is giving me 4GB of ram as well for free, sorry didn't include that.
With $800 what would you suggest i do? More money just isn't easy right now and i really want a PC but i just don't exactly what to use with what. I just want a decent - good gaming PC. Any major suggestions? If you have the time.

got it down to 904 with a 22 inch monitor. if you want 800 then see if you can get a free monitor on Craigs List changed the 6770 to 6570 not too much difference
