Processor: This PC features the 14900K, which is the 14th generation’s flagship. During our review, we found that it has excellent gaming and synthetic performance, meaning you can use one rig for gaming and work.
GPU: The RTX 4070 is the base model in the RTX 4070 family, and when we tested it, it managed 104 FPS in CS2 and 27 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K native. So, it might struggle a bit, depending on the title, but you can leverage DLSS 3 to play games at 4K with this card.
Storage: This PC comes with a 2TB SSD, which should be enough for games and work applications.
Memory: The Dell XPS 8960 desktop comes with 32GB of DDR5 RAM running at 5,600 MHz, which is the sweet spot for many. Going above that for gaming is generally considered overkill. However, even for work, it should be more than enough to open multiple instances of applications without experiencing performance degradation.

What we think of this Dell XPS 8960 desktop deal
