Manufacturers' Hardware Sites

I was originally going to put a bunch of hardware company links in this area, but there are so many and they get out of date so soon that it doesn't make a lot of sense. Fortunately, www.supporthelp.com came to my rescue. This is a search engine that you can use to find the web site addresses of hundreds (if not thousands) of companies. Try it!

Other general tips for finding manufacturers' sites:

  • Try "www.<name>.com" where "<name>" is the name of the company. This will find the web site of most of the larger companies.
  • For motherboard companies, try "www.<name>.com.tw". Most of these companies are located in Taiwan.
  • Look in the component-specific link area for some of the major companies producing various components.
