Just was wondering if anyone has heard about a pending lawsuit against AOL specifically for 6.0 and the difficulty/immpossibility of removing it from a system that it is installed.

A couple of people (working for ISP's mind you) brought it up - wasn't sure if this fell into the whole budweiser frog screen saver virus...

I know there were issues with 5.0 but most of that stemmed from the "user" not paying attention to the install and accepting AOL's default for everything...
