Port Forwarding Not Working

I have a linksys router, and I am trying to unblock ports in order to play a game online. I disabled HCTP, I forwarded to the right IP address, I disabled all firewalls, I disabled all antivirus.........and my game still does not work.

Is there anything else that I forgot that could be causing this to happen?
