Thread: sound not working

    sound not working

Checked all the connections already and went through my sound properties over and over again. But I cannot find anything wrong. I don't know if when a sound card fries, if it'll still show up under your device manager or any hardware check you might perform. If it does show up under a hardware check, is the only way to know by trying a different sound card. I'm mainly asking because I don't have an extra sound card lying around anywhere.

What about your speakers? Are you sure they are in working order?

    Also try re-installing your drivers.
