How many pages a month do you expect to run?
What are the minimum and maximum sizes of paper you plan to run?
Envelopes too?
Labels?
How many years do you expect to keep it?
All,
I am planning to invest in a wireless color printer that could also be a decent scanner. Other desireable features - continuous feeding to scanner, duplex printing, low maintanence costs, economical. Other would like to have features - Preview screen, flash memory support, energy star qualified.
Asking for too much? I hope not. This would serve a SOHO;
middle, high school and college kids
Thanks for all your inputs.

PrntRhd,
Thanks for responding. Here are the answers to your queries.
How many pages a month do you expect to run? - 500 to 1000
What are the minimum and maximum sizes of paper you plan to run? - regular A4 size and legal size occassionally.
Envelopes too? - Will take it if is comes, dont want to pay extra for it.
Labels?- Will take it if is comes, dont want to pay extra for it.
How many years do you expect to keep it? - as many as possible. Should last at least 7 years, I am hoping.
Look at these Brother Models. They are without a doubt the easiest printers to setup and use. I have never done wireless, but the wired networking setup is a breeze, it puts the exception in the firewall. I highly recommend Brother Printers.
