unknown trouble

For about the last week something odd has been happening with my pc. I am running Win95B and have dial-up internet. every 30 minutes or so if I am not connected to the internet my dialer pops up. and as soon as I disconnect or boot up my pc it pops up. it doesn't have the password input even though it does when I manually bring up the dialler(save password box checked). I have run SpyBot S&D, AdAware, McAffee, and HijackThis, and nothing ever comes up. I never get any sort of unknown phone bills, so I doubt there is some sort of dialer, unless it is oddly free. I am truely stumped on this one, so if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I had a similar problem with Norton AV trying to dial in to the internet after an update. You might be having a similar issue with McAfee. It might be a good idea to post your HijackThis log here for the experts (not me) to review and make sure you don't have some malware though...

Close all browser windows, then in HijackThis check off the boxes next to the following and then the Fix button....
