Optimize the Location of Important Files for Better Performance

Many people have special files on their PC, either program files or data files, that are used very often, or that are very important. There may be a desire to optimize the performance of the system with respect to these files. One way to do this is to choose an optimal location for the files, in terms of what disk partition they are in, and where in the partition they are. This can be done by using the same optimization ideas that I gave for the swap file location.
