after seeing some cool desktops on various computers i relised how boring mine was and wanted to "do it up"
i tried a shell replacement programme - talisman - but it seemed to affect all users, who do not like my theme. i also tried taking it off their MSCONFIG list but that stopped it from running at startup on my login
is there a way i can change taskbar, windows etc without using a complete shell replacement prog. i am using win98se

well i tried it but it seems only the real version ( the one you have to pay for ) is compatable with win98. thanks anyway
