    MoBo Compatibility HELP!

    Would you agree if this MoBo
    GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
    Motherboard would suit this processor??
    AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition Quad-Core CPU (3.6 GHz/ 4 x 512 KB/45nm/125 Watts/4000MHZ)
