According to camelcamelcamel, this Crucial T500 SSD graph shows, the lowest recorded price was $56.99 back in December 2023. The current price is about $15 higher than that historical low point. However, the price has fluctuated quite significantly, reaching a high of $148.57 in November 2023. Compared to that peak, the current $72.49 price represents a substantial discount of over 50%.

Given the large gap between the current price and the November high, and the relatively small difference from the December low, purchasing at $72.49 now seems to provide quite good value overall.
