With the device on, head to Settings and scroll all the way down, then tap “Privacy.”

Once you’ve read through all of the information, you can select “Factory Data reset.” Accept all the steps and the process will begin.

Make sure the tablet is completely off, if it’s not already, before starting a full reset.

Turn the tablet back on and hold the “FN” key (Function) on the keyboard while also holding down the F9 button until you see the “Please wait” text appear on-screen. Release the “FN” button to continue to reset the RCA tablet.

Wait a few seconds

After some time, a blue screen will appear with some options. Select “Troubleshoot,” then “Reset your PC.”

There will be two options: either removing all files or fully cleaning the drive. If you want a complete factory reset, select “Remove everything.” After 30 to 60 minutes, you have fully reset your RCA tablet.
